1. Contact page form
   We collect Name, Email, and Enquiry information. The information collected on this page is for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Contact page data is never added to our email newsletter list or used for other marketing purposes.The Contact page form sends your enquiry to us by email but also stores your enquiry in the site database to improve the likelihood that your enquiry is received.
2. Newsletter subscription
   We collect Email, Name, and DOB as well as your consent to store this information. The information collected for email Newsletter subscription is so that personalised emails can be sent to the User. We use MailChimp as our email marketing automation platform. If a User decides to subscribe to our newsletter, the information provided will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

We collect this Information using the following technologies:

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access: Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information. Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal data to others.

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you. We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Our site is hosted by VentraIP in Australia in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Most user data required on an ongoing basis is retained indefinitely – for example: sending email newsletters, display of blog post comments and online shop logins. User and sales data may also be retained to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. User data which is not required on an ongoing basis, such as some Contact form enquiries, may be periodically deleted.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

You may unsubscribe from our email newsletter list via the unsubscribe link contained in the newsletter. You may also review or change your email subscription information by updating your profile preferences via the link contained in the newsletter.
